Privacy Policy — Agility Creator

Agility Creator ("the app") is built to help coaches and athletes run randomized reaction-training drills. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's handled.

No Account Required

Agility Creator does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use it. There is no user profile, and the app does not know who you are.

Data Stored On Your Device

Drill settings and saved presets are stored locally on your device only. This data is not sent anywhere and is not accessible to us. If you delete the app, this data is permanently deleted along with it.

Anonymous Usage Analytics

To help us understand how the app is used and improve it over time, Agility Creator logs anonymous information each time a drill is completed, including the drill's settings (stimulus type, count, duration, interval, rounds, and similar configuration details) and a randomly generated device identifier. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, location, or any other personal information, and cannot be used to identify you. It exists only to allow rough aggregate analysis, such as which drill configurations are most commonly used.

Report a Bug

If you choose to use the in-app "Report a Bug" feature, the description you type is sent directly to the developer. You may optionally include your email address if you'd like a response — this is entirely optional, and if you don't provide it, there is no way for us to identify or contact you.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos.
• We do not track your precise location.
• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers, except the optional email you may choose to provide when reporting a bug.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers or third-party marketers.
• The app does not contain ads.

Third-Party Services

Agility Creator uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — used to store anonymous usage analytics and to process bug report submissions.
• Resend — used solely to deliver bug report emails to the developer.

These services process data on our behalf and do not independently use it for their own purposes.

Children's Privacy

Agility Creator does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since no account or personal information is required to use the app, it can be used by athletes of any age under a coach's or guardian's supervision without providing any personal data.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
